Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturing and Tooling Fabrication:
The workshop is housed in the same factory building for injection molding and provides mold maintenance service to the molding operation.

• Plastic injection machines, from 150 to 1500 metric tons, provide stable and precision molding manufacturing.

• Machine Tool Shop team capable and experienced to produce mold tool size up to 700 x 700 x 600 cm, weighing up to 2 Metric Tons, suitable for our largest 1500 Metric Tons injection molding machine.

• Mold for consumer electronic, house-wares, and precision parts, etc.

• Experienced in hot-runner and hot-tip mold.

• Experienced in thin-wall container mold.

Equipment include :
Turret milling machines, precision lathes, precision grinders, drill presses, precision tool grinders, Electric Discharge Machines (EDM), CNC machines, center and variety of precision tooling accessories and precision measuring equipment.

Factory Physical Site :
Housed in an multi-story building with a total area of 55,000 square feet within its own compound. All utilities, like electricity, cooling water, compressed air are generated centrally and delivered to all points of the building, wherever required.
